My international Human Resources career spanning 30 years provided me with immense growth and professional opportunities, having held numerous leadership roles in multicultural, diverse, and complex organisational environments.   

2024 was a challenging and defining year and a turning point for me. My HR leadership role was made redundant, and I was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer which resulted in me having radical prostatectomy surgery. I am now cancer free.

These lived experiences led me to reflect on my life and purpose, and how I want to embrace the second part of my life. I realised that I want a career that is more meaningful and purpose led with people at the centre of it. 

I have long had a passion for coaching and a desire to deepen my coaching expertise and decided to train as a Business Coach focussed on Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. I subsequently established my own business.     

My leadership development services draw upon the rich tapestry of experience, insights, and wisdom I have gained across my HR career, together with my deep understanding of the organisation as a system, organisational change, and leadership challenges and realities.  

This aligns with my life purpose, helping people and organisations to grow their potential.
